Zhejiang Yangshi Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 (The predecessor is  Zhuji Wuxie Children’s Socks Mill, which has been in operation since 1987.).The company is located at Wuxie Scenic Spot, Zhuji city, covering an area of 28,000 square meters and a construction area of 35,000 square meters. The factory environment is quiet and tasteful, which is known as the "Garden Factory". 

According to the change of market structure and the improvement of people’s living standard, the company has invested more than CNY 40 million to upgrade production equipment by introducing digital technology, and build a professional talent team. The company has 3 modern knitting workshops, and more than 120 employees, and more than 320 sets of the integrated multi-functional knitting machines and the regular computer knitting machines, and also with corresponding supporting facilities. The annual sales are thirty million pairs of hosiery in more than one thousand of styles. The wide variety of products can meet different clients' preferences and needs from domestic and abroad.
